What is the cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellation as long you provide 24 hour notice. If you booked through a third party (expedia, booking.com, hotels.com etc) you must cancel through them and they require 48 hour notice.

What is the pet policy?

All rooms are pet friendly and there is a pet fee of $20 per night.

Do you have a laundry facility?

We do not have a guest laundry facility onsite but the local laundromat is only one block away.

Do you have WIFI?

Yes, the network and password are posted on the wall in each room. (SAGEMOTEL : sage777)

Do your rooms have air conditioning?

All rooms besides Room 14 and Room 10 have air conditioning.

Do you have parking for large trailer?

We have limited parking in front of the rooms but you may along the south side of the building if you have a trailer or large truck.

What is your check in process?

We utilize a contactless check in process that you can easily access from your phone or email. You will be sent your custom door code via email the day before you arrive and you will use that information to access your room. No need to check in at the front desk. Check in is after 3pm and we will do our best to accommodate early check in but your door code will not work if it is before 11 am.

How far are you from food/restaurants?

We are conveniently located next door to two gas stations and only two block from downtown Saratoga where you will find many bars and restaurants. All within easy walking distance.

How close are you to the public hot springs?

We are 3 blocks away from the local hot pools. It is an easy walk if you don’t feel like driving.

What is the check out process?

Check out is at 11 am and your custom door code will no longer be active after that time. You may just leave your room and that is all we need to check out. You may also use your check in link to signify you have checked out. No need to go to the front desk.

What accommodations are provided in the room?

Each room is stocked with a coffee maker and coffee supplies. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave. Each room has WIFI, DirecTV and flat screen tv.

Do you have any kitchenettes?

We do not have any kitchenettes. We have one room (Room 10 also referred to as the Cabin) that has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and supplies, dishes and pots and pans.

Do you have a front desk or manager?

Our amazing manager lives on site and her direct contact information in located on the wall in each room. Our front desk has limited hours as our staff focuses on keeping rooms clean and we have a contactless check in and out process.
